Returns
RETURNS
If you're not absolutely thrilled with your AGA purchase for whatever reason, we're here to make it right for you! You'll have 30 days from the time of delivery to return unworn merchandise with the original packaging and tags. Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded the original shipping costs, so please make sure to double check your information before submitting a order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your original form of payment.
DAMAGES
If your order arrives with any damages not due to shipping, you can either return it within 30 days or send it back to us for a free alteration or sewing service.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages for any shipments with a valid tracking number showing a delivered status. If your tracking number is showing that your package has been delivered, but you are missing your package, please contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation.
