Complimentary Standard Shipping — Mainland U.S.
We offer complimentary Standard Shipping via UPS Ground on mainland U.S. orders of USD 350 or more.
Standard Shipping — Mainland U.S.
For mainland U.S. orders under USD 350, a flat shipping fee of USD 15 applies.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for an additional fee calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.
Express Shipping is not eligible for complimentary shipping promotions.
Hawaii & Alaska
Complimentary shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
Standard Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available for a flat fee of USD 25. Delivery times may be longer than mainland U.S. shipments.
Express Shipping may be available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
PO Boxes
Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.
Returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, fragrance, stains, damage, or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact AGA NATURE Customer Care before sending the item back. Return instructions will be provided after the request has been reviewed.
Return Window
Full-price items may be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.
Sale items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale, made-to-order, personalized, special-production, and select limited-edition items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items marked Final Sale on the product page or at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Fees
For standard, non-defective returns to the original method of payment, a USD 9.95 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard, non-defective returns.
No return handling fee will apply to defective or incorrect items.
For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in addition to any applicable return handling fee.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact AGA NATURE within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns for defective or incorrect items will be handled at no cost to the customer, and no return handling fee will apply.
A full refund, including original shipping charges, will be issued after the item has been returned and reviewed.
An exchange may be offered depending on product availability.
Natural Dye Variation
Minor variations in color, tone, texture, and finish may occur as a natural result of the fiber, dye material, and production batch. These subtle variations do not affect the product’s intended quality or performance and are not considered defects.
Natural dyes may develop slight tonal changes over time with wear, washing, light exposure, and individual care practices. Please follow the product care label and refer to our Care Guide for general care information.
Unexpected or significant differences should be reported to AGA NATURE for review.
Exchanges
One complimentary exchange is available per order for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
Additional exchange requests will be processed as a return and new purchase.
Exchanges for a different style or color require a return and new order.
The USD 9.95 return shipping and handling fee is waived when an eligible return is exchanged or refunded as store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
